Vegan Coffee Creamer

  • 1 cup raw, unsalted cashews, soaked overnight in refrigerator

  • 1 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • pinch of salt

Blend all in a high powered blender for 60 seconds.  Consume within 5-7 days.
