Integrative therapy – is therapy for the whole person: body, mind, emotions and soul.

As a Licensed Psychotherapist, master’s level Nutritionist and EMDR practitioner with over 22
years experience, I offer a unique, blended approach that fosters change on all levels: physical, emotional, mental and soulful.
Talk therapy alone is insufficient- the physical body (including the nervous system and
subconscious brain) must be included for there to be a felt, lasting change.
Are you looking for support, change, healing? People come to therapy because they want to feel better. They want to experience changes in their life. They want to let go, move forward, evolve.

Who I Work With:
Everyday people: nurses, teachers, other therapists, people in tech, surgeons, lawyers, health care providers, philanthropists, entrepreneurs, parents, young adults and people who identify as Highly Sensitive.
I often see people who want and need support, but don’t want “standard talk therapy.”

Or they’ve tried therapy in the past and they don’t want to just repeat the same thing.
I integrate the latest research on the body-mind connection, belief systems, the nervous system and the gut biome to guide people in clearing negative feelings, subconscious beliefs and reactive trauma responses so that you can feel a true sense of safety and freedom.

Effective Therapy is a Healing Art:
STEP 1:
Pain, trauma and resistance need to be acknowledged, witnessed and validated in a very real way.
STEP 2:
Then you can begin the work of dismantling stuck emotions, reprogramming limiting beliefs and trauma release. Also, people often need to teach their body HOW to feel safe.
• If you get STUCK in STEP 1,
you won’t feel any better.
• If you SKIP STEP 1,
you’ll end up gaslighting yourself.
Navigating you through STEP 2 is my expertise and my commitment to you. Release, growth, letting go, and healing are all nonlinear; and often non-logical. It can feel like you are in the dark, and it helps to have a guide.
How Therapy is Changing

Outdated is the norm of meeting every week for 3-5 years.
People need therapy to be focused, efficient, effective. Meaningful.
People are tired of telling their story or history over and over again.
I believe it is best to dive right in, and focus on the main issues. We’re not going to talk in circles or spend the first several sessions just doing a life review.
Therapy shouldn’t feel just like talking to a friend or making a journal entry.
The priority is not, actually, about me understanding you. It is about YOU, growing in a deeper understanding of yourself.
I will not come to you with a ‘one size fits all’ approach. There is no single protocol that works for everyone.

Each human being is so very unique.
We all carry hardship, suffering and challenges in different ways.
Our brains all work differently. We all have different strengths and gifts.
Therapy is about finding wholeness in yourself and your story. It is about being able to change your perspective. It is about being able to move forward. We can’t change the past – but you can change your future.
