LET ME BE YOUR GUIDE
Equally effective as in-person, with added convenience and improved accessibility.
The pandemic accelerated the acceptance of Telehealth. Virtual therapy has been in place for many years, especially in more rural areas. Now Telehealth is common place for many aspects of health care - doctor visits, consultations, follow ups etc. Not only have people learned to use telehealth - but it is exceeding expectations!
I believe we are all connected. Even through the computer screen I can deeply feel and follow what my clients are expressing. Many clients have reported, "Before the pandemic, I would have never tried Telehealth, but now it is my top choice!"
EASE + COMFORT
Telehealth increases access to services and support. There is time and money savings: no commute to the appointment or paying for parking. Busy professionals can log in for therapy between work meetings. New moms can have therapy without leaving the house and needing to hire a sitter.
People with injuries, pain or physical disabilities can stay in the comfort of the home. In fact, the comfort of your home and a beloved pet can decrease anxiety and be very supportive throughout the counseling appointment. This also means less missed appointments and more consistency in care and support.
