Building Intuition

Intuition is a felt sense, a knowing that comes without analytical reasoning. Intuition is something beyond the rational mind, beyond use of the basic five senses. Intuition is fast and often quiet. Learning to listen to intuition requires self-trust and nonjudgement. Intuition is different, but related to, being psychic.
Intuition will help you know who you truly are, what you want and need. This will aid you in setting boundaries, which will reinforce a strengthened sense of self. It is easier to navigate the world when you know who you are and where you stand.
Connecting to intuition is a skill. Just like learning to play an instrument, it takes practice. Practice doesn’t require excellence. Aim for consistency and repetition with your practice.
Inner Communication Practice
Set aside 5-10 minutes a day to turn inward. Set a timer.
Tell your analytical brain it gets to take a 10 min break.
Direct your focus to your conscious awareness.
Remind yourself to be patient. Allow the mind time to unwind, slow down.
Scan your physical body and sensations.
Scan your emotions.
Scan your energy.
Notice if you feel curious about any of the sensations, emotions or energy and let your awareness witness whatever is unfolding or feeling true in the moment.
What do you hear with your inner ear?
What do you see with your inner eye?
What do you feel?
(Completely written by myself, not AI.)
