Green Smoothie

3/4 cup frozen fruit (blueberries will make your smoothie blue)
1 cup fresh spinach
2 Tbsp hemp or flax seed
3/4 cup coconut water
1 scoop collagen powder
Add all ingredients to blender
Blend until smooth
Fresh spinach lasts a long time in the fridge and frozen fruit is easy to keep on hand!
