20 minute Recipe: Fall Greens and Mustard Protein Bowls

Cooking CAN be easy. I sped up the video so it's quicker to watch and learn, but it literally took 19 minutes.


Fall Greens and Mustard Protein Bowls

1# ground beef or tempeh

1 bunch kale, chopped

1 leek, chopped

2 cups cooked rice

salt, pepper and mustard to taste


Brown beef or tempeh over medium heat, then add leek, cooking till tender. Add chopped greens and sauté. Salt, pepper and mustart to taste. Serve over rice.
