Hello Everyone! I'm launching my new blog today. I'm brand new to this! I'm going to practice being authentic, weird and imperfect and just let myself get started. No reason to wait until I've got it all figured out. You'll watch it grow and evolve over time.
I'm writing a book, "The Art of Letting Go~ of Guilt, Shame and Fear." Part of publishing a book is having a social media presence. My goal for this blog is to educate as many people as possible about how to heal heavy heartedness and low self esteem.
